Proposed addition of market rental units and tenant amenity space.
This is an existing 50-year-old rental apartment building that we are adding a full fourth floor and a half fifth floor.
The goal is to not only upgrade the existing rental building to meet today’s codes and the City of New Westminster’s rental housing objectives, but also to add a roof-top patio and garden for barbecues and hanging out.
It’s going to give everyone a great view out over the Brow of the Hill of the Fraser River.
